漫画の方が説明が細かいところも確かにあるけど、アニメでの経験を完全に破壊するほどではない
The only thing that makes not reading the manga is that the anime is far superior.
Have been reading the manga chapters of the current arc and the anime is just pure quality, the music, animation, voice acting, pacing, all is god tier.
Sure some things are better explained in the manga, but is not like there's things that completely break your experience in the anime.

アニメの方が好き。漫画だと戦闘中に何が起きているのか分からなくなることがあったから。
どう考えてもそれぞれの柱の章があってよかったところを、作者がスルーしてしまったのが残念。アニメではちょっと本編から離れて、アニオリでそういう話を入れて欲しいとちょっと思ってる。十分金は取れるのは明らかだし。それか映画で肉付けするか
I liked the anime more because I couldn't tell what was going on sometimes in the fights.
Its a shame the author didn't go through with what was clearly supposed to be an arc for every hashira. Awkward as hell getting backstory dumps in the final fights. Kinda wish the anime would split off a bit and do that, its clearly profitable enough. Or maybe even a movie to flesh them out some.

I find the manga and the anime are 2 difference beasts. The anime style is more focus in the actions while the manga style have better atmospheres.

The manga is better sometimes and the anime is better in some other aspects. Everything about this scene was perfectly done

Akira Matsushima's anime designs are very well-done, and the anime even manages to capture the deformed drawings from the manga in comedic scenes.
