The only one I want to live is Travolta, but his devil is kind of dumb. Would probably lead to some interesting fights though but we've seen Fuji is too lazy to draw them now.

Makima is definitely the conquest horseman. In Japanese, she is 支配 の 悪 魔 Shihai no Akuma. And according to the Japanese wikipedia, the conquest is 支配.
