なんて1話だ！ひたすら圧倒されたわ

傑作だわ
素晴らしかった。作画その他の演出のクオリティは自分の期待以上だった。OPは最高だね、OPのためだけに大物を何人か引っ張ってくることに成功したみたいで素晴らしい

俺が特に気に入ったのはセリフのタイミング。一般的にアニメって内容が不足してるからかアーティスティックな演出をしようとするせいか、セリフを間延びさせてしまう傾向がある。この1話にはそれがなく、素晴らしいテンポで流れてた（少し早いといえないこともないけど、それでも原作に忠実だし、遅すぎるよりはずっといい）

この調子でいけば、JJK(呪術廻戦)はアニメを観ない友人と一緒に観られる番組の1つになりそう。自分はすでにストーリーをよく知ってるけど、このアニメは演出の良さ、原作の再解釈の巧さ、そしてBパートの素晴らしいアクションシーンのおかげでとっても興味深く視聴できた。原作ファンとして、続きが待ち遠しい

It's great. Sakuga and other directorial choices are more than I ever hoped for. OP is KINO, seems they've managed to get some big names onboard just for it which is great.
One thing I absolutely loved is the timing of the dialogue. Anime has the tendency to drag dialogue out either because they're running out of content, or as an (imo stupid af) artistic choice. This first episode doesn't do that, it flows fantastically (if not a little too fast at times, but that's still faithful to the source material and WAY better than being too slow).
If they keep this up, JJK will be one of those shows you can watch with your non anime-goer friends because it doesn't smother itself with many of the awful directorial tropes the medium suffers from, and because it's engaging in the way a good Western TV show is, which is a product of both the good adapting in this episode AND the source material's style.
Even though I'm already quite familiar with the story, this adaption has been extremely interesting simply because of the good directing, fantastic re-interpretation of the source material, and of course the AMAZING action sequences in the B part. As a fan of the manga I can't bloody wait for more.

本当に良い1話だった。虎杖悠仁はとても面白いキャラで、おじいちゃんの死に対する感情のなさ、オカルトクラブの部員を助けた動機がおじいちゃんから「人を助けろ」と言われたからだけでなく、彼らの死が「受け入れられない」からだったことなど、死に対する考え方が興味深いね。この辺がこれからさらに掘り下げられていくことに期待したい。それとも深読みしすぎ？
このエピソードはどこかノスタルジックで、ちょっと東京喰種の1期を思い出した。
悠仁は特級呪物を食べる前から超強いね。食べたあとに身体の主導権を奪い返すとこ面白かった。

That was a really good first episode.
Yuuji Itadori is a very interesting character his outlook on death is intriguing- the lack of emotion to his grandpa death, his motivation for saving the occult club members wasn't only because his Grandpa told him to save people but also the way they were going to die was ‘unacceptable’. I hope/wonder if this is explored further? Or I am just looking to deep into this?
This episode felt nostalgic, reminded me a little of Tokyo Ghoul SEASON 1!
Yuuji is very strong even before he was possessed with the special grade curse object. He bodied that other curse. It was funny to watch him take so causal to the ‘thing’ possessing his body.
Can’t wait for next week’s episode.

You’re on the right track with Yuji’s motivations and such, it does get explored more through

悠二の動機については今のとこ漫画では後回しになってるけど、アニメではきっと掘り下げられていくだろう。1話は凄く良かったね。
個人的に懸念するアニメが失敗するパターンとしては、ペースが悪くなること（1話は原作1話だけで不必要に長いセリフはないから現時点では問題ない）、それと尺稼ぎが沢山入ること（漫画はおそらく現状で50話分のコンテンツしかない）
Yuuji's motivations are kind of on the backburner at the current point in the manga, but they'll be explored more in the anime. I'm really hype, and I feel like the only thing they could mess up now would be bad pacing (the first episode was just chapter 1 and doesn't have any unnecessarily long dialogue, so they're doing good on that front) or adding a bunch of filler (the manga probably only has 50ish episodes worth of content in it at it's current state).

Anyways, I really liked the first episode, there were some odd changes such as how Itadori ended up eating the finger but nothing to get upset about and the animation was pretty good too

指食べるとこの展開の変更は、ストーリーの緊張感が増してたし、20本の内の1本でも宿儺の強さを強調するのに効果的だったと思う
I think the finger change worked well with progressing the narrative tension and emphasizing just how powerful Sukuna is, even with 1/20th of his power.

The opening is by far one of the best looking ones I‘ve ever seen. It looked so modern and brand new. I love it!

原作は一切知らないからアニメで何を見れるのかすごくワクワクしてる。
正直言うとこのアニメは見るつもりなくて（今日放送があることすら知らなかった）、でもたまたま「ちょっと観てみるか」ってなって１１分経った頃には主人公と世界観が大好きになってた
never seen or read anything related to this so I'm very hyped to see what this anime brings, tbh I thought I was just gonna skip this anime (I didn't even knew it came out today), but I thought "y'know lets just try it" and I'm literally 11 mins in and I'm loving the mc and the setting already
